How we work...

Creative Rent-A-Sitter operates somewhat differently than most other childcare agencies. First, we only place in-home providers for individual families. Simply put, the provider works in your home. We do not get involved with day care and group childcare arrangements. Creative receives a one-time placement fee from our clients only after they have had an opportunity to meet, interview and reference check any perspective candidate and only after the client is ready to hire. Because all of our providers are paid directly by the client, Creative receives no residuals or ongoing fees beyond the initial placement fee. Creative does understand that until a provider is working in the client's home and interacting with the children and other family members, can a true assessment and evaluation of the person be made. That is why Creative offers to it's clients a generous guarantee period, to assure that the person they have chosen is right for their family and meets their specific needs. If within the stated guarantee period the family feels that a new person is required, Creative will search and furnish the client with a replacement provider at no additional charge. Creative Rent-A-Sitter truly makes securing in-home childcare and companion care totally convenient and hassle free.
